Carnegie Elementary Student Council
The Carnegie Elementary Student Council plays a Huge role in the function of the elementary school. This club teaches leadership early in life and prepares members for the future. This program focuses on the organization of the elementary school. It organizes many activities in the elementary school including food drives and service projects. The members can be 4th or 5th graders. The sponsor is Mrs. Fobes.
