When and how often a student should take an ACT test is a matter of personal choice. Students may pick up a packet any time in my office or register on line.

Parents Information

If you have any questions or concerns about your child's schedule or graduation requirements, contact me anytime.

I'd like to encourage you to use the school website to check your teacher lesson plans and communicate with your child's teachers. Each teacher has a link on his/her website that allows you to E-mail them instantly. Busy teachers are sometimes hard to reach, but they usually get around to checking their E-mail daily. We use it regularly to communicate with each other here at CHS.

I will visit your child's classroom several times this year with important information about CHS and his/her future plans. I encourage students to share this info with parents, but since this isn't always effective, I encourage you to use the handbook and websites to keep up with the things pertaining to your child. Also, feel free to call or E-mail me anytime with questions your child cannot answer for you.

We are currently using an on-line grade book system, and you can access your child's grades at any time from an internet accessible computer. Call CHS if you need more details.
