Summer Pride Workouts Schedule

All 9-12 boys will lift together, whether you are in basketball, baseball, track, cross country, or football. The following is the schedule for lifting during the summer for JH and HS boys and girls.
6:45 am-8:30 am 9-12 grade boys
8:30 am-10:00 am 6-8 boys and girls. All HS girls
If you can not attend, please let your coach know. If your schedule conflicts with these times, please let your coach know.
