Wildcat Families,

There will be no school on Friday, February 7, 2025 for all CPS Sites. 
We have continued to monitor our absentee numbers this week and while the Middle School and High School Numbers have continued to be stronger, our Elementary numbers have not came down like we had hoped. Tomorrow, our custodial team will do a deep clean and disinfectant of all of our facilities, especially at the elementary site to hopefully help curb the continued spread of germs. We ask that our families continue to help us by keeping those who are sick, especially those running a fever, at home.

Because the Middle School and High School numbers have remained strong, we do not plan to cancel any planned extra-curricular activities or events for these sites at this time. It is our plan currently to continue with the high school home basketball game tomorrow night as well as other MS/HS activities planned for Friday and Saturday. MS/HS students should contact their coach/sponsor with any questions concerning extra-curricular activities. Again, those that are sick or displaying symptoms of being sick should remain at home.

All students and staff members are asked to refrain from entering buildings during the day tomorrow while the custodial team are disinfecting toys, shared items, classrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common spaces to allow the cleaning solution time to do its job effectively.
